These rides are for intermediate level riders looking for a bit quicker pace than a casual group ride. The first iteration of the #PitterPatterLetsGetAt’er Pop-up was on July 13 at JMP. Ride host, Jerott King, was joined by BTCEB member and DEVO coach, Nathan Wilson, and Caesar for a quick evening romp. There was enough daylight remaining to do a lap down big trees, a quick stop over at the pump track, then a lap down Cinderella to wrap things up.
The second round of the #PitterPatterLetsGetAt’er Pop-up ride was held on July 22 and featured Lime Ridge in Walnut Creek. Ride Host, Jerott King, was joined by six other riders. The group met at Mike Hess Brewery in Walnut Creek and was able to squeeze in a 13 mile ride before the sun set! Post ride the group hung out at Mike Hess and enjoyed their signature Hazy IPA known as the Hard Charger.
EDITOR’S NOTE: Jerott is hoping to host 2-3 of these #PitterPatterLetsGetAt’er Pop-up Rides per month, so keep your eyes peeled for MeetUp notices.
